Complimentary Maintenance

Members of FordPass Rewards earn 42,000 Points with the purchase or lease of any new Ford from our inventory. Select from the entire star-studded Ford lineup, including our commercial vehicle inventory! With that many Points, you can cover your first three maintenance visits or choose to use them for future service. FordPass Rewards

Using the FordPass App†, you can watch your Points accumulate for many things you are already doing.** Members earn 10 Points for every $10 spent on service at your local Ford dealer. There are three tiers of membership: Bronze, Silver, and Blue. Points can then be used on service, accessories, maintenance, future vehicles, and more! As you rank up in tiers, the rewards and benefits will grow and grant more ways for you to redeem Points.

Roadside Assistance

Ford recognizes that some drives take unexpected turns. When you’re in a pinch, there’s no easier way to get help than with the FordPass App. Through FordPass, you can request Roadside Assistance 24/7. These services extend virtually everywhere and include fuel delivery, flat-tire repairs, and more. Have the help you need right at your fingertips — just in case — courtesy of FordPass!

Connect & Control

FordPass allows you to maintain control over your vehicle through the app or by using the FordPass Alexa skill or Google Assistant via FordPass Connect. The FordPass App gives you access to complimentary remote features, such as vehicle start and stop, locking and unlocking, schedule a start, and check your vehicle’s fuel and fluid levels.
