Job Opening: Customer Care Center Representative
Preston Automotive Groups high volume service call center is growing, and looking for people to fill the staff. If you enjoy talking to people and being on the phone, then you should apply for a full-time position as a Customer Care Center representative or a job as a part-time phone receptionist. These positions will be based out of an office in Preston, MD, so applicants should be in the area.
We are looking for candidates that can communicate well with our customers, and have a vested interest in customer service. These members of our staff will be making outbound calls and receive inbound calls from current, previous, and prospective customers to schedule service appointments.
While automotive experience is not required, it would be helpful for the position.
If you chose to apply for the receptionist opening, you will be the initial point of contact for all dealerships by receiving any and all inbound calls. You will serve them by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately, depending on their request. This position may be part-time but it will not only look great on a resume, it will also be a great building block for your career.
We are looking for great communicators, people that are upbeat, friendly, positive, and have the ability to “smile” over the phone. You will also need the ability to work in a process-driven environment.
